Micol is studying to be a teacher, and is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Education (Secondary: Humanities & Social Sciences) and a Bachelor of Arts.

Micol is an incredibly generous person who volunteers in her spare time, and loves to help children finding school tough. Her students love her gentle, compassionate approach, and her ability to make tasks hands-on and engaging for her younger students. With her Secondary students, Micol has a keen love of Literature and History, and really helps students to thrive in Humanities subjects, as well as Study skills.

Through various life experiences (such as migrating to Australia from Italy at a young age, and growing up in a very large family) Micol understands the value of building confidence and motivation to overcome learning difficulties. Micol believes there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to learning and schooling, and she constantly reflects on lessons and approaches ideas from new angles to help her students.

Micol loves reading the classics of literature and has travelled extensively, visiting Italy, France, Japan, Brazil, Dubai and most Australian capital cities. She also loves camping.
