Our tutors have lots of different skills. They get to work at Confidence Boost because they have fantastic academic skills, feel rewarded by seeing children improve, are fantastic at teaching others, and have a contagious enthusiasm for their work. Something that our students and parents have found extremely valuable is that we don’t work with tutors based solely on their marks. Each tutor has their own story, and their own relationship to feeling behind or lacking confidence at school. You’ll see above that our High School and Primary School tutors have a range of different skills and backgrounds; from teachers, to budding doctors, engineers and lawyers, to people who hated school or even stopped High Schooland finished later, to musicians and those who have taken major career changes. What they do have in common is a passion for helping students, a great academic background, and an ability to convey concepts in a way that makes sense. And that’s before we train them specifically for Confidence Boost.

Of course each tutor brings their own unique skills, experience and approach to their sessions. However, we give them lots of training to make sure that all children have the same great quality tutoring, which is consistent in all sessions. Finding a fantastic High School tutor or a Primary School tutor in Sydney can be tricky – we work as ateam to make sure that your child has everything they need.
